Zur 900 Jahr-Feier der Stadt Bamberg in Bayern fand anläßlich derselben eine große Prozession unter anwesenheit Ex-Kronprinzen Ruprechts von Bayern, Ex König Ferdinand von Bulgarien, Nuntius Pacelli, sämtlicher Erzbischöfe Deutschland und anderen Hoher Kirchlicher Würdentrager statt. Der Vertreter des Papstes in Deutschland Quintius Pacelli beim Gebet auf der Strasse.
