US Flag with 13 stars, the " Betsy Ross" version. In use 14 June 1777–1 May 1795. Created by jacobolus using Adobe Illustrator, and released into the public domain.

Betsy Ross Flag. This was the first flag of the United States. Legend states it was created by Betsy Ross. The stars all face outward and represent a new constellation.
Source I created this image using historical descriptions (commonly known). Inkscape was used to create the SVG.
